Inspection on delivery

You can inspect your order while the courier is with you. At that moment you can accept the order, return it, or ask for an exchange. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

After the courier leaves

Once the courier has left, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Exchanges within 48 hours

You can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp +20 102 980 7797 with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Exchange shipping is paid by the customer, unless you received the wrong item or the item has a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover it.

بعد مغادرة المندوب لا يوجد استرجاع أو استرداد للمبلغ.

تقدري تطلبي استبدال خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام. تواصلي معنا على واتساب ‎+20 102 980 7797 برقم الأوردر. يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير ملبوس وغير مغسول وبالتيكت الأصلي. مصاريف شحن الاستبدال على العميل، إلا لو استلمتي منتج غير المطلوب أو فيه عيب صناعة، ساعتها بنتحملها إحنا.
